It has been awhile since we set foot in our little cabin up north. With a busy fall, the holidays, and our recent travels, we hadn't been there since mid October. So with the extra day this weekend, we packed up and made the trek. It was so relaxing! Our friend Anthony and his doggy, Stella, joined us and though it definitely felt like something was missing without Melissa, it was the most relaxed I've felt in a long time. Aside from a few brave ice fishermen, things were pretty quiet and it was blissful. Lots of good eats, many board games, a bit of pretty snow, a few walks, and one tiny snowman.
